VISTAR Knowledge vs. VISTARMAN Identity

It is important to understand the distinction between our open community knowledge and our protected commercial identity:

1. VISTAR Knowledge (Open-Source & Community-Owned): The philosophical and educational work shared under VISTAR at vistarman.org (Reality Knowledge Community) is open-source and community-owned for public learning and open inquiry.

2. VISTARMAN Identity (Protected, Copyrighted & Commercial): The VISTARMAN identity, including the name, logo, wordmark, character design, Real Persona, Digital Persona, 3D character assets, official AI voice, music, and video works on vistarman.com, is strictly protected and copyrighted intellectual property owned by VISTARMAN UNIVERSE PVT LTD. It is reserved exclusively for authorized commercial use, bookings, and licensing. Any unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or imitation without a signed agreement is strictly prohibited.

Bookings & Licensing Agreements

All in-person bookings (live shows, concerts, movies, video songs, and studio vocals) and digital licensing projects (video game characters, animated films, and AI voice music tracks) require a direct written contract signed by both parties covering scope, usage rights, timelines, and fees.

Refunds & Cancellations

Booking deposits, schedule changes, and licensing payments are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
